Central Park | New York

This will be the last part of my New York post ~

There are a lot of things to do in Central Park, to be honest. You can either rent a bike and just stroll the park itself, rent a roller skates I think, tour the park in a horse ride and pedicabs. There are literally a lot, but we didn’t do any of it, because we didn’t know there are things like that. But we sure enjoyed the park though.

Since our main goal for our Central Park trip was to see the Bethesda Fountain and Terrace, we head straight to it and just spend few hours. It was seriously one of the best ideas I had.

Oh we had snacks at The Loeb Boathouse, which is pretty busy that time. Also, one more thing you can do at Central Park is the boat ride. Which is that photo above. There are a lot of people who are in it, and are in line for the boat rides.

Right after we had snacks, we looked for a warm place just to sit and relax for a couple hours. This trip was a full of sitting and relaxing. And we took these photos while seated on this bench where there are lots of couples, like literally every where you look there are couples.

And what we have noticed on our way back, there are a few couples that are being photographed in their wedding attire. I searched it on google yesterday and I found out that you could get married on Central Park, well simple wedding though. But still, I probably want to have my wedding on Central Park (which will be couple more more more more years). Hahaha.

Good thing we had a nice weather that day because we’re too worried that there are thunderstorm and we won’t enjoy the trip. But thank God for the nice weather.

We also came across some bridges which I am happy to have photos of it. I mean, I only see them through photographers on Instagram, and now I am looking at my own photo. This one below is the Gapstow Bridge.

We really didn’t strolled the entire park because we don’t know that much of it. But now that I have an idea what Central Park looks like, next time we visit it I’ll be skipping these places.

But seriously, the entire Central Park was my favorite. It’s a little tiring because of the walking but indeed worth every step. Breathing fresh air and just looking at the people pass by, is one thing I realized that I enjoy more than being in a mall or something. I just wish I could go back again and explore more of the Central Park.

Also, hope you enjoyed these photos as much as I did. xx

  1. This is so magical. I have to be honest when I say that visiting New York was something that never really appealed to me until recently. Now I love it! I think it has this classic elegance to it, along with being a major hub for modern culture. I am putting it on my bucket list for sure!

      1. I love that you’re Filipina! I’ve never thought I would get in touch with so many different people thanks to this blog party.
The Philippines remind me of Alex Wassabi, a Filipino YouTuber, do you watch his videos? 😄

    1. Thank you! 🙂 isn’t the best? I’ve enjoyed my Central Park zoo experience that day! I wish I could’ve taken more photos of it, and wanting to explore more of the Central Park too. Hehe
